Founded in 2008, Eland Estate is New Zealand's premier green estate. It is also the first winery in the world to obtain CarboNZeroCERT zero carbon emission certification and the first Green Company GC-Mark to receive DQS certification.
Eland Estate has installed the largest solar panel in New Zealand on the roof of its Marlborough distillery, thus becoming the leader in renewable energy in New Zealand.
