Mr. Zhang graduated from Guizhou Institute of Finance and Economics, majoring in accounting and certified public accountant. He has worked in Gome Electric Co., Ltd. for more than ten years and has served as chief financial officer, deputy general manager, chief executive officer and general manager.
Mr. Zhang holds a Bachelor degree in Accounting, Certificated Accountant. He possesses 20 years plus professional experience in finance and general management in retailing industry such as Gome.
