Guangzhou Nansha Deepens Overall Plan for Comprehensive Cooperation between Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao Facing the World

Speeding up the construction of a major cooperation platform for Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao in Nansha, Guangzhou, is a strategic plan to implement the outline of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macau Greater Bay Area's Development Plan, and an important measure to build a high-level opening door to the outside world, promote innovation and development, and create a high-quality living circle. General 1. requirements

(II) space layout.The implementation scope of this plan is the whole area of Nansha District, Guangzhou City, with a total area of about 803 square kilometers. 2. the Construction of Scientific and Technological Innovation Industry Cooperation Base

We will build a national demonstration base for invigorating the sea through science and technology, promote the research and development and application of comprehensive development technologies for combustible ice and marine biological resources, and promote the industrialization of energy technologies such as ocean energy power generation equipment and advanced energy storage technology. For Nansha enterprises in key high-tech industries to further extend the loss carry-over period. (12) Enhancing the functions of international shipping and logistics hubs.In accordance with the principle of complementary functions and misplaced development, we will give full play to the role of Hong Kong as an international shipping center and the advantages of maritime professional services, promote cross-border and cross-regional integration of shipping service resources in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, and enhance the overall service level of the Greater Bay Area port group. Deepen cooperation in the fields of shipping logistics, water transfer, iron-water combined transportation, shipping finance, maritime services, cruise yachts, etc. We will speed up the construction of the fourth phase of the automated wharf in the Nansha port area of Guangzhou Port, make full use of the existing railways in the park, and further improve the intermodal transport capacity of the MTR. (21) Facilitating Hong Kong and Macao residents to seek medical care for the elderly.We will actively increase the supply of high-quality resources, join hands with Hong Kong and Macao to build an international health industry, speed up the construction of national health tourism demonstration bases, and support medical and health service providers in Hong Kong and Macao to set up medical institutions in the form of sole proprietorship and joint ventures.
